Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by Bazinga Parties Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customers of our children’s party entertainment services (“you” or “your”).

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.

Services Offered: Bazinga Parties Switzerland provides entertainment services for children’s parties, including balloon twisting, face painting, kids’ party games, and magic shows. These services are offered for events such as birthday parties, celebrations, and other special occasions.

Booking and Payment: Customers can book our services online through our website or by contacting us by phone. Payments can be made securely via our online payment system. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our sole discretion.

Customer Account: Customers have the option to create an account on our website. This account allows you to manage your bookings, process cancellations, request refunds, and communicate with assigned entertainers.

While our team takes all reasonable steps to ensure safety, the client accepts full responsibility for supervising children, managing crowd behaviour and protecting all property, décor, venue fixtures and personal items. Bazinga Parties cannot be held liable for accidental damage, whether caused by guests, children, venue conditions or entertainers performing in good faith.

By submitting a booking, the client agrees to these terms and confirms that Bazinga Parties’ liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, videos, and texts displayed on our website and during our performances, are the intellectual property of Bazinga Parties Switzerland.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
