Some FAQ's
What's included, and what do I bring?
Your party package lists exactly what's included: the room, your party host, the entertainment and any extras you've chosen. On top of that, the kitchenette, crockery, water and coffee are on us, and so is the cleaning afterwards. You bring the food, the cake, any extra drinks and your own decorations.
Can we bring our own food, cake and drinks?
Yes, please do. The kitchenette has plates, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, a coffee machine and a fridge stocked with still and sparkling water. Juice, soft drinks, or wine and bubbles for the grown-ups are all welcome.
When can we arrive to set up?
Come 30–45 minutes before your party starts. Allow about 15 minutes of that to unload the car. Your party host will meet you, show you around and help with small setup jobs where time allows.
Where do we park, and how do we find you?
Pull up at Entrance 302, where you can park briefly while you unload. Ring the bell for 303 Photo Studio and one of our hosts will come down and show you the way. Once you're unloaded, move your car to Parking 303 or a free street space.
How many guests fit?
The room comfortably fits 20 children and 15 adults. 20 children is our maximum, so the little guests always have room to play.
Do you charge per child?
No. A Play Studio party is one set fee for up to 20 children, so a few late RSVPs won't change your price.
Can we see the space before booking?
Of course. Call us on +41438830078 to arrange a time. Weekends are best, because that's when the room is set up for parties and you'll see exactly what yours will look like.
Is the jumping castle and ball pond safe?
Our team keeps an eye on things throughout. Before the little guests jump in, a parent signs a short indemnity form, and we'll help you with it on the day.
What happens when the party ends?
You have 30 minutes after the party to pack up and say your goodbyes. Please take your decorations, supplies and leftover food home with you. The cleaning is on us.
