At Bazinga Parties Switzerland, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our kids party entertainment services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your event. Please review our refund policy below for more information on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling options.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event and provide notice more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, we offer a refund at 95% of the total payment to cover our card/bank fees. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund at 75% of the total payment. Canceling less than 7 days is refunded at 50% of the total event cost and for same day cancellations (24 hours or less) we refund at 25%. In the case of cancellations due to CoVid, we understand the unique circumstances and offer the option to rebook a new date free of charge, subject to availability.

Inability to Assist: If you have made a payment, but we are unable to assist with the date or time that you booked, we will provide a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner if such a situation arises.

Refund Process: To initiate a cancellation or request a refund, please contact us via email at info@bazingaparties.ch or through your account on our website. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds made by bank transfer will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of the refund request. If your payment was made with credit card it will be processed immediately after we receive your request.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: We are unable to provide refunds in the following circumstances: Cancellations or changes requested less than 48 hours before the event. No-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation. Events that have already been performed.

Modifications to the Refund Policy: Bazinga Parties Switzerland reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately and posted on our website.
